◼ How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) What Personal Information We Collect
⚫ Necessary Information: The business functions we provide rely on certain information to operate. Your choice to use a specific business function requires you to provide or allow us to collect necessary information, including personal details such as your name, address, email address, and mobile phone number.

⚫ Optional Information: You may voluntarily choose to provide or allow us to collect additional information, such as gender, age, ethnicity, religion, hobbies, work experience, educational background, etc. This information is not essential for the core function’s operation but is highly valuable for improving service quality, researching and developing new products/services, recruitment, and providing targeted after-sales service. Provision is optional, and your refusal will not adversely affect the use of the core function.

⚫ System Permissions: When using our business functions, we may request related system permissions, such as for geographic location, account information, mobile phone number, and friend/contact lists. If you do not grant these permissions, we may be unable to provide the corresponding function. Beyond these, granting any additional system permissions is entirely your choice.

(2) How We Use Your Personal Information
⚫ For Necessary Information: We use this information to provide the core business functions, including shipping your purchases, providing after-sales service, conducting market research, and to maintain and improve these functions.

⚫ For Optional Information: We use this information for purposes such as new product development, consumer trend analysis, and recruitment.

(3) How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
⚫ Cookies: To ensure normal website operation, we may place small data files called Cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and codes. They help websites verify your identity, ensure data/service security, store preferences or shopping cart items, thereby offering you a better experience. We use Cookies only for the purposes stated in this policy. You can manage or delete Cookies based on your preferences. Most web browsers allow you to block Cookies, but doing so may require you to manually adjust settings each visit. For details on changing browser settings, please refer to your browser’s official help pages.

⚫ Similar Technologies: We may also use technologies like web beacons and pixel tags. For instance, emails we send might contain links that track clicks to help us understand your preferences and improve service. Web beacons are usually transparent images embedded in websites or emails. Pixel tags in emails tell us if an email was opened. If you do not wish to be tracked this way, please avoid clicking image or text links in our emails or unsubscribe from our mailing list.

(4) How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

  1. Entrusted Processing: Certain modules/functions may be provided by external suppliers (e.g., customer support services). We sign strict confidentiality agreements with such partners, requiring them to process information per our instructions, this policy, and relevant security measures.
  2. Sharing: We do not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside REPT BATTERO, except with your explicit consent, or as required by laws/regulations or mandatory government/legal requests.
  3. Transfer: We do not transfer your personal information, except: (1) with your explicit consent; or (2) in cases of merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, where we will require the new entity to continue being bound by this policy or seek your consent again.
  4. Public Disclosure: We only publicly disclose your personal information: (1) with your explicit consent; or (2) when required by law, legal process, litigation, or governmental authorities.

◼ How We Protect Your Personal Information

(1) We employ security safeguards compliant with industry standards (e.g., network isolation, data encryption, access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

(2) We take reasonable steps to avoid collecting unnecessary information and retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein, unless extended retention is required or permitted by law.

(3) We periodically update and publish relevant reports on security risks and personal information security impact assessments. You may request these via email at business@reptbatt.com.

(4) While no internet transmission is 100% secure, we strive to protect your information. Should our safeguards be breached, compromising your information and rights, we will assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

(5) In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly notify you as required by law, detailing the incident’s circumstances, potential impact, measures taken/prepared, self-protection advice, and remedies. Notification may occur via email, letter, phone, or push notification. If individual notification is impractical, we will issue a public notice. We will also report the incident handling to regulators as required.

◼ Your Rights

Under Chinese laws, regulations, standards, and international practices, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

(1) Access: You may request access to your personal information (exceptions apply per law). Submit requests to business@reptbatt.com. We will respond within 30 days.

(2) Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. Use the access request method above.

(3) Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information under certain circumstances, including: unlawful processing; collection/use without consent; breach of agreement; you cease using our services/deactivate your account; or we cease providing services. Upon deletion, we will notify relevant third parties (unless exempted by law). Deletion from backups may occur during update cycles.

(4) Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time. This does not affect processing that occurred prior to withdrawal. To opt-out of marketing communications, email business@reptbatt.com.

(5) Account Deactivation: You may deactivate your registered account by emailing business@reptbatt.com. Post-deactivation, we stop providing services and, subject to your request and legal requirements, delete your personal information.

(6) Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal information via business@reptbatt.com. Where technically feasible, we can transmit it directly to a third party you designate.

(7) Restrict Automated Decision-Making: For decisions significantly affecting your rights made solely via automated means (e.g., algorithms), you may request explanations and appropriate remedies.

(8) Exercising Your Rights: For security, we may need to verify your identity before processing requests. We aim to respond within 30 days. For complaints, contact business@reptbatt.com. We generally do not charge for reasonable requests but may for excessive/repetitive ones. We may refuse requests that are unfounded, excessively repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, risk others’ rights, or are impractical.

We may be unable to comply with requests in specific circumstances, including those related to: legal compliance; national/defense security; public security/health/major public interests; criminal investigation/prosecution/judgment; subjective bad faith/abuse of rights by the requester; protecting life/property where consent is hard to obtain; serious harm to others’ rights from compliance; or trade secrets.

◼ How We Handle Children’s Personal Information

Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Children (anyone under 14 in our context) should not create accounts without parental/guardian consent.

Where we collect children’s information with verified parental consent, we use or disclose it only as permitted by law, with explicit parental consent, or when necessary for child protection.

If we discover unintentional collection of a child’s information without prior verifiable parental consent, we will act promptly to delete it.

◼ How Your Personal Information is Transferred Globally

In principle, personal information collected/generated within China is stored within China.

As we operate via global resources/servers, with your authorization, your information may be transferred to or accessed from jurisdictions outside your country/region. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. In such cases, we ensure your information receives protection comparable to that within China, for instance, by obtaining your consent for transfers or implementing safeguards like data de-identification.

◼ How This Policy Is Updated

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. Updates will be posted on this page.

For significant changes, we will provide more prominent notice (e.g., email notifications for service-related changes). “Significant changes” include but are not limited to: major changes in service models/purposes/types of information processed/usage; major ownership/organizational changes (mergers, acquisitions); changes in main recipients for sharing/transfer/disclosure; significant changes in your rights or how to exercise them; changes in our security responsibility department/contact/complaint channels; or high-risk indications from security assessments.

We archive previous versions of this policy for your review.
